6. Issue of Admission forms and payment of fees: Immediately
on selection.
7. Submission of Supporting documents: Birth Certificate,
Transfer Certificate duly countersigned Medical Fitness Certificate,
Passport size color photos-5 copies undertaken etc.,
8. Application forms may be obtained by post on payment of
Rs.150/- by D.D payable at Bangalore in favour of Principal,
J.U. Public Residential School, Bannikuppe.
9. Re-opening of school : Monday 29/5/2006.
